1100T Hydraulic Copper Extrusion Press Custom-Built for Spanish Client

Our factory has basically completed the production of a custom-built 1100-ton hydraulic copper extrusion press for our Spanish client. Over the past few days, the client has visited our facility to conduct on-site inspection, commissioning and performance testing of the machine.

This 1100T hydraulic extrusion press is equipped with high-efficiency servo motor drive system, which delivers significant power savings, reduces energy consumption and lowers long-term operating costs compared with traditional hydraulic systems. It also features an advanced high-level automation design that allows the entire extrusion process to be operated and monitored by a single operator, greatly improving production efficiency and reducing labor requirements.

In addition, the machine is integrated with an intelligent online monitoring system, which enables real-time tracking and control of key parameters such as pressure, temperature, speed and position. The system supports fault self-diagnosis, data recording and early warning functions, ensuring stable and reliable operation, high product consistency and enhanced operational safety throughout the production cycle.
