Equipped with an independent die-locking device, a missing-cake extrusion protection device, constant-speed control, and a prestressed frame structure, the machine delivers reliable performance, high production efficiency, and low energy consumption.

The entire machine is controlled automatically by a PLC system. Key electrical components are sourced from renowned brands including French Schneider, Japan Mitsubishi, and Omron. The hydraulic system's oil pump uses a Rexroth main plunger pump and a Japan Tokyo Keiki high-performance vane pump; high-pressure parts adopt Rexroth hydraulic components, while other components use Taiwan Jiugang products. Component selection can be customized according to the user's order requirements.
