1100T Brass Extrusion Machine Completed for Spanish Customer and Ready for Shipment

    As a leading Chinese manufacturer of Aluminum and Brass Extrusion Machine systems, our company has continued to expand its presence in the international market over the past two years by providing customized extrusion solutions for customers in different industries and production environments.

In November last year, we connected with a customer from Spain through our official website. The customer was planning to invest in a new 1100T Brass Extruder production line for brass profile and industrial material manufacturing. During the early technical discussions, the customer proposed specific hydraulic system requirements to meet local production conditions, equipment stability, and the need for long-term continuous operation.

   To ensure the equipment fully matched the customer’s production objectives, our engineering team conducted multiple rounds of technical communication and solution optimization. Based on the required extrusion force, billet specifications, production rhythm, and hydraulic response requirements, we developed a customized hydraulic configuration for the 1100T Brass Extrusion Machine. The final design focused on pressure stability, extrusion consistency, and equipment reliability under continuous operating conditions.

As the project progressed, the customer further requested an automation upgrade in order to reduce labor costs and improve material handling efficiency. In response, we independently designed a dedicated robotic manipulator system for the extrusion press. The automation solution was developed according to the customer’s factory layout, extrusion workflow, and safety requirements. In addition to the manipulator system, our team also assisted with workshop layout planning and production line arrangement to help the customer prepare for future automated production.

   In May this year, the complete Brass Extrusion Machine project was officially finished at our manufacturing facility. Before delivery, the equipment successfully completed assembly, commissioning, and operation demonstrations for the customer. The testing process included hydraulic system operation, extrusion action coordination, and manipulator movement verification to ensure all systems met the agreed technical standards.

The 1100T Brass Extruder was officially shipped at the end of May and is expected to support the customer’s future brass extrusion production with improved automation capability and stable manufacturing performance.
