6300T Aluminum Extrusion Machine Installed for Indian Customer, Targeting Rail and Aerospace Aluminum Production
A recent project from our company marks another milestone in the expansion of high-tonnage aluminum extrusion capabilities in the global market. A 6300T Aluminum Extrusion Machine has been successfully delivered and installed for a customer in India, where it will be used for the production of high-performance aluminum profiles for the railway and aerospace industries.
The installation has now been completed by our engineering team at the customer’s facility. After a structured on-site assembly, alignment, and commissioning process, the equipment is entering its final preparation stage before formal production starts in the near future.

In recent years, both the railway and aerospace sectors in India have shown steady demand growth for high-strength aluminum extrusion products. These applications typically require:
Conventional extrusion systems with lower tonnage capacity often face limitations when processing large cross-section or high-performance alloy billets. This has driven demand for large-scale extrusion presses such as the 6300T Aluminum Extrusion Machine.
The installed system is designed for heavy-duty industrial aluminum extrusion applications. The 6300T press configuration enables stable processing of large and complex aluminum profiles, especially those used in transportation infrastructure and aerospace structural components.
Key engineering characteristics include:
These capabilities make the system suitable for manufacturing structural aluminum profiles used in:
Our technical installation team completed the full on-site setup at the Indian customer’s production facility. The installation process included:
Special attention was given to ensuring system stability under full-load operating conditions, as extrusion consistency is critical for aerospace and rail-grade aluminum profile production.
The commissioning phase is currently in progress, including dry runs and parameter calibration before full production begins.
With installation completed and commissioning underway, the 6300T Aluminum Extrusion Machine is expected to enter full operation shortly. Once in production, it will contribute to the customer’s capability to manufacture high-performance aluminum profiles for demanding industrial applications.
This project further strengthens the role of advanced extrusion press technology in enabling lightweight, high-strength aluminum solutions for global transportation and aerospace industries.
